		<description>Maybe it&#039;s because if the woman has a dog with her, men have something to say to her. I don&#039;t think it&#039;s so much that the dog makes her more desirable, it&#039;s just a socially acceptable conversation piece. If a guy wants to randomly start talking to a woman on the street, he might feel a bit indimidated by her. Is she going to think he&#039;s a creep? Will she completely blow him off? But if she is walking her dog, he figures she probably won&#039;t mind him saying how adorable the dog is, because chances are, she thinks the dog is pretty neat too. So it gives him a reason to approach her.</description>
